Senior Year II

"Virginity can be lost by a thought". That happened to me a long time ago. But last night was just amazing. I had a glow on my face. I had swagger. I went back to my room and slept the day off.  The next week was hectic, I was thinking about Aayushi. We met a couple of times during the week. During my time in Bangalore, I traveled a lot. Mysore, Coorg and Ooty. I just loved traveling into the nature. The beauty of nature just freshens me up.

It was Nitika's birthday. She had to meet a friend of her. I tagged along with her. We were supposed to meet her at Couch - The Lounge. We reached there 15 minutes before and got a table. I asked Nitika about her friend. She asked me to just wait for it. I asked her name. Rhea. I imagined her to be the ultimately hot babe. I just wished this meeting doesn't end in another one night stand. I am not that kinda guy.

We sat there waiting. There was a faint scream and Nitika was smiling. She got up and hugged the girl walking towards us. I got up with a smile. I saw her. My eyes widened up. More in shock rather than amazement. I had seen her before. She was in my Physics classes. She used to be aloof. I often saw her sad, even crying sometimes. Her hair used to be curly and messed up. I was shocked to see her.

Rhea. She wasn't anywhere I had imagined her to be. Straight hair, Almond shaped eyes applied with kohl, small pink lips. They looked moist, but I guess it was just the gloss. How did I know that ? Well, you will know. Whenever she smiled, there was a cute dimple on her right cheek. Kohl in her eyes complimented her milky fair skin perfectly. We shook hands and I pulled the chair for her. Nikita looked at me with wide eyes and open mouth. I winked.

There is nothing more interesting than the talks of two long lost friends. I just sat there and kept listening to them. Rhea ordered a Tower of beer. She asked me if I had a light and I nodded in agreement. We went to the smoking zone and I pulled the door for her. Nitika smirked and whispered, Fuck You. I blushed and winked. We started talking, but she had no clue that she had seen me before. I didn't give away the suspense either. We got back to the table and soon emptied the tower.

One More. Rhea waved at the waiter and he served with another tower. Half way of the tower, she asked for a smoke and started walking. She fumbled on her way back. She was tipsy. I followed her. We lit up a cigarette each. She started singing. Saiyyan by Kailesh Kher. Her voice was just soothing. There was sorrow in her voice. It felt like she was hurt. We hugged. It was already late and she was drunk after two towers of beer.

We left the Lounge and waited outside for the taxi. Both of them clutched my hand on either side. The Luckiest Guy Alive. That was how I felt at that particular moment. We got a taxi and were on our way to Rhea's place. I flirted with both of them on our way. Half an hour later the taxi halted. We realized that we reached the destination.

Rhea got down. Me and Nitika followed her. Both the girls hugged each other and bid goodbye. I stood there feeling left out. Rhea spotted that and giggled. I made a fake sad face and winked. She came closer and wound her hands around my neck. We hugged. I winked at Nitika. She gave me The Finger. We parted. She thanked me for being such a gentleman the whole evening. Thank God, She Noticed. She pecked me. As I leaned to return the favor, I tilted my face a little and kissed her. It just happened.

Me and Nitika got into the taxi. Lucky Bastard. She whispered and made a fake angry face. Taxi raced into the dark. I took my phone out and texted her. Uhhh Strawberry ? My phone beeped. Haha, thanks for that, Asshole. I blushed. I sent her a good night text and relaxed on the taxi seat.

Next morning I checked my cellphone. I saw her text. "Thank you for the wonderful evening yesterday. I really enjoyed the time spent with you. Cheers :D " I never replied her back. The last week in Bangalore passed quickly. I packed my bags and left for Vadodara. I had already bunked the first month of my Senior Year because of the trip. I was eager to see my college again.
