Best Friends

A friend is someone who will bail you out of jail. A best friend is someone sitting beside you saying "Cool ! That was fun !"

Sophomore Year had commenced. The subjects got a bit boring now. To be honest, they were a little tougher. Everyone from my group got busy with their respective departments. I started attending lectures. That's when I met two of the most Craziest Bastards ever. Uzair and Hardik. We used to attend the lectures together. They both where from Ahmedabad. They had better bonding, I used to feel left out. But it wasn't intentional from them. Different cities made it difficult, but they were the best of the friends anyone could ever ask for.

Uzair was the best looking guy in the class, and girl classmates had hots for him. I wont lie, some of the seniors as well. And he was good with studies as well. Or as he would say, he was just lucky. Well we all used to agree with that. Lucky Bastard. Rich, Good Looking, Great Body, Smooth Talker he was the perfect package for the girls around. But despite being the perfect package, was already in a serious relationship. As we used to call him, The One With The Rocking Body. But that is a whole different story. He was addicted to Apple products.

Hardik was the most confident one. The Mastermind. An International Chess Grandmaster, A Nationals Billiards Player. Ranking doesn't matter, how many were able to go national/international from the people you know ? And he didn't brag, but he actually could beat anyone. But his mind was the devil's den. There was no beating him in arguments. And he could take you down in the verbal battles. He was about to get into a relationship.

Me, well you guys know me. Not at all a nerd anymore. I was the craziest out of the three. Together we were the deadly trio, we could make a party livelier. As for me, I was the player. A Flirt. I had significant amount of flings till now.

Still whenever we bunked, we were busy noticing girls around and judging them from their cuteness or bodies. Nescafe and Khopcha were the places we used to hang around. Nescafe was the place for fishing and Khopcha was like a typical village place. Hot tea, Cold drinks, Cigarettes, and almost everything was available there.

Aashi was back. She was just a friend for me now. And we both were happy with the fact. Yes, she had broken-up. Finally, she had managed to make a wise decision for herself. Your first will always be your first. She was my first love. There was no news from Anamika. Not that I cared. But since we'r talking about my firsts. She was my first girlfriend.

The Sophomore Year was the best thing ever happened to me. I tasted alcohol for the first time. It was amazing experience. I met some of the most amazing people in my life. College was going on as expected.
